so todays surfing of radio stations in the southwest turned up Whiter Shade of Pale. and for the first time I thought he cant be saying the world tale twice, right? it sounds like and slowly winds the tale, as the miller told his tale, blah blah words about her face . . . turned a whiter shade of pale. bad poetry to rhyme a word with itself. I did not look it up. as many of you with iPhones and SmartPhones know, I LIKE spending some time not knowing. I like the time spent thinking about things rather than racing to google. and I realized there are plenty of options: _ale is a lot of words. bale, dale, male, mail . . . currently Im pretending he says and slowly winds the kale.
