software Engineers Job Description / Responsibilities: Creates and modifies software programs by converting project requirements into code. Responsibilities Confirms project requirements by reviewing program objective, input data, and output requirements with team lead and client. Arranges project requirements in programming sequence by analyzing requirements; preparing a work flow chart and diagram using knowledge of computer capabilities, subject matter, programming language, and logic. Documenting design and get it approved by team lead & client Encodes project requirements by converting work flow information into computer language. Confirms program operation by conducting tests; modifying program sequence and/or codes. Prepares reference for users by writing operating instructions. Preparation of training manuals for users. Maintains historical records by documenting program development and revisions. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Desired profile of the candidate Academic Requirements: • BE/B.Tech degree in EEE/ECE/EI/IC/CS or related field. • Higher qualification is a plus. Required Experience: • Two or more years of work experience in software design/development using C#.Net/OOP. • Basic understanding of subjects related to Smart Grid technologies, renewable and distributed energy, including wind power integration, transmission operations, ancillary services, and power management. Soft Skills: • Analysing information and problem solving skills. • Strong interpersonal, written, analytical, and quantitative skills. • Detail-oriented, self-starter with strong organizational skills. • Ability to travel and work long hours when needed. • Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and other common business softwares. • Energetic and enthusiastic.
