soooooooo i had thot i had deleted all fotos of when i was bigger but just found this on my cousins facebook. exactly 2 years ago i done a 12 week course of herbalife with the help of ashleen and lost 3 stone. i didnt carry on with it as i was happy with my weight. though to be fair atm i could b doing with good toning and wee bit of weight off.... ive been asked to post this a few times but couldnt find any before pics.... an as i see alot of people doing it sre y not. im proud of my weight loss and not ashamed of who i was before.. so there ya have it folks. i have no willpower at all but convinced myself to do this so moral of the story is..... if u wanna achieve something go for it... dont let anything or anybody stop u..... :) xxx
