Honorable Fijabi who spoke in Ibadan observed that most of the youths engage in thuggery and hooliganism for lack of other productive engagements and urged them to believe in themselves and not allow any Politician use them to achieve his selfish desires. Speaking on the call for the postponement of the polls, Fijabi wondered why the election should be shifted when there had been suggestions by lawmakers that INEC allow the use of both the temporary and the permanent voters’ cards by the electorates.
