spruce root burl table top with a maple base. i found this root burl years ago and had it sliced. it came out almost a perfect round. you can see where i left the roots to attach to the tree.I came across this round thing in the woods and had to dig it out and this is what i found. check out the unusual grain pattern. the base is maple see how the limbs grew together to make the whole in the middle. certainly a cool peice and a one of a kind. table is 21 1/2 tall x 20 round. table top is 2 1/4 inches think. would make a great end table or a coffe table. it would make a great conversation piece. it is sealed with 3 coats of uarathane
