....still struggling to find a good cross training shoe for my feet. The wider toe box in most cross trainers are not working well for me and all the teaching in the wrong shoes is terrible. Went back to my Brooks stability running shoes and feels SO much better but they are SO FRIGGIN heavy and when teaching Insanity, just not right. Any input appreciated! Hard to find good ones to try on vs. the internet too... I need something good for a lot of lateral movements, jumping, and still good support since its a hard surface Im on. TIA!
