I modify by keeping my hands & feet hip distance apart (not together). Warriors are in a lunge rather than with the back foot down. I find this is better for #weightlifting 0 - #Tadasana - stand straight & even on both feet, everything stacked 1 - Inhale - raise your arms above your head, sit into chair pose (uttahkatasana), gaze at your thumbs 2 - Exhale - fold forward 3 - Inhale - look up to lengthen the spine & open up the chest 4 - Exhale - jump or step back directly into chaturanga 5 - Inhale - upward facing dog. Make sure your chest is open & your shoulder blades are pulling towards one another. 6 - Exhale - down dog. Head & neck relaxed, arms & legs remain strong. Gaze at your #bellybutton 7 - Inhale - step your right foot forward - warrior 1 8 - Exhale - hands down to either side of your front foot, step back into chaturanga 9 - Inhale - up dog 10 - Exhale - down dog 11 - Inhale - step your left foot forward - warrior 1 on the other side - be sure to squeeze your #booty to open your hips 12 - Exhale - hands down to either side of your front foot, step back into chaturanga 13 - Inhale - up dog 14 - Exhale - down dog 15 - Inhale/Exhale - 5 deep breaths as you settle into the down dog. Press though the fingers in your hands, put as little weight as possible into your wrists, let your head and neck fall. Final inhale bend your knees, look between your hands, quickly step, walk or jump. Continue the inhale, look up while keeping your hands on the floor. Bend your knees if you need.
