#successSunday !! Meet Rachelle Donaldson-Pawlik. A lot of you might be able to relate to her story. I have had the honor of working with Rachelle for a year now. I started coaching her through some juice fasts and a couple months ago she came to me and told me that she has completed a few different juice fasts and she feels confident in those...but now she wanted MORE challenge. She wanted to push her body more and she also wanted some help with the clean eating aspect of things. Not to mention, like most of us, accountability and sticking with it was big. I explained how my challenge groups work and how I thought it would be the perfect way to continue with her healthy lifestyle and to take it up a notch. It combines clean eating with daily 30 minute workouts which work for a busy wife, mom to 4, and student like she is. Like with every challenge Ive given her, Rachelle took this challenge and ran with it. I asked her to post photos of herself after her workouts. Not only did she do that for her 30 minute workout, she pushed herself and has been training for the 5k that her family participated in yesterday! And she posted those photos (with her kids!) daily! She posts photos of all of her foods. Shes accountable. Shes not just motivated but shes motivating and inspiring. She REACHES OUT FOR HELP when she feels like she is struggling rather than turning to unhealthy foods! And Ill let the photos do the talking. The before photo was from one month before the clean eating challenge began....so for those of you who feel like you can only be on a juice fast to lose weight, feel amazing, and have a fantastic looking body....I beg to differ. I LOVE juice! I always have and I always WILL!! But my point is: Know when its time to push your body some more. Juicing was how I lost my initial weight! Ill never say anything negative about juicing-but just know when your body is stuck and when its time to move to the next level. Rachelle did. I did. Its easy to stay with what you are comfortable with but remember what the definition of insanity is: doing the same thing over again and expecting different results. When you know its time to give your body that next challenge and that extra push, then do it. Or if juicing has never been your thing and you need help! Reach out! I will help!
