super new to this but Im so unbelievably proud of my son, not to mention my son. after not running for 10years and just few years ago I had surgery on one of my legs and ankle I have a plate and several screws/pins ever since it continues to hurt after so much walking. but just yesterday I tried jogging a track field in Gladstone. I wanted to stop jogging but then I noticed a little runner behind me, my son, and I didnt give up I pushed myself to try to at least jog then slowed down for some water. it wasnt much jogging but everybody has to start from somewhere. I did a few laps on and off jogging/walking. I felt great. my son ran just under a mile straight afterwards on a walk with some good friends. this mama is super proud of him and myself.
