#swacchabharatabhiyan with shaily dubey - at indrapuri coloney bhawarkua - motivated by Mr Narendra Modi me n my roommate decided to take this initiative to clean our residential area from post diwali mess. We had expected our hostel mates to join us but were shocked to find such an indifferent attitude from almost all of them . The only gal that cared to join us was Sanskriti and i express my heartiest appreciation for her . Another quite bothering fact is that 3 girls sweeping coloney roads didnt create any kind of curiosity from any spectators... Not that we wanted publicity but we hoped to inspire people n their aloofness was disappointing.. But we decided to complete the task we had undertaken whether or not anybody joined us... Although at the end a lady cared to join us n helped us clearing up her campus at least !! Sole Purpose of sharing this story was inspiring people to take a simple step forward.. Coz even a single person can make a difference. N also we request all the readers to kindly take an oath to not litter around coz even this simple change in ourselves can make a huge difference to our surroundings :)
