#tbt #throwbackthursday #thoughts As I sit watching a line up at a Tim Hortons drive threw, the seminar with Tosca Reno comes to mind. Think NUTRITION not food people!!! ... Thinking back as a European immigrant being tease about the food I had in my lunch at school ... Occurs to me I was eating healthier than the average Canadian kid.... Thinking back I didnt grow up on canned and pre- packaged food... REMEMBERING how European teens my age protested the American fast food chain industry invading their countries while I was study abroad.... NOW people are more aware how food corps convinced them to eat convenient processed foods... Trying to fix the damage... But still sitting in drive threws... Letting schools feed their kids cheese topped pizzas ... Props to the parent who stood up at the seminar voicing the concern of force feeding our kids cafeteria foods and not letting them bring their own nutritional lunches... Mind you Ive seen what some parents put in their kids lunches YIKES... Do you love your kids??? Think NUTRITION people!!!! Less stress on Health care system....
