thank you Tyler! warms my heart... I am young but have taken all of your videos to heart. They have changed me, and moved me in ways that i cant explain. I have gone through stages of dark depression and your videos were light in darkness. I dont even remember how I found them but I was scared to sleep having nightmares, and your videos gave me the clarity to what was happening I was scared to face my shit. You have assisted me tremendously in raising my frequency and opening my heart and Ive never even met you. I can only say thanks for willingness to share knowledge and a little bit of tough love in your videos. Oh yeah and I have been vegan for a month and loving it.
