the Next Character we have that first appears in Flashfire Issue #2 is: Permafrost-aka Victoria Frost. Permafrost is a cryokinetic- she can create, manipulate and control ice and reduce the kinetic energy of atoms and thus making things colder. Daughter of a supervillianess but raised to be a hero by her grandparents in San Fransisco, she was a rather normal girl until she discovered her powers at the age of 13, but it was not until 16 when her skin turned its current blueish color did she go into hiding with the help of her grandparents. when Permafrost arrives in Issue #2 she is now 18 she is a quite person not usually wanting to interject her opinion into high stress situations, but she is very intelligent and excels at thinking on her feet. even with her normal cool demeanor she will be easily provoked to anger if teased about her appearance but is also a ferocious fighter in combat. Permaforst and Flashfire at first have a very respectful relationship as both student and teacher and as friends but over time develop more serious feeling for each other. yet both are reluctant to acknowledge them at first.
