There is no reason to choke the guy even when hes laying on the ground saying I cant breathe, I cant breathe what the hell is wrong with these officers and how can they not feel one ounce of guilt knowing they killed someone. I dont understand the concept of beating the suspect before putting handcuffs on him unless he has a weapon or is also being violent. There is absolutely no reason for this amount of brutality. Im losing respect for these officers as the days go by.
