the best advice i ever gave: "until you can conceptually and spiritually forgive a person, you are held in bondage. so forgive theirs faults, screw ups, when they hurt you, intentional or not, forgive them for making you feel any kind of way but happy. for not understanding you, for not being who you needed them to be. forgive them so hard that when you look them in the face you smile bc what they have done doesnt effect you anymore." if you attach hate to any person in your past if will fester and turn you bitter. if you attach hate to someone currently in your life (no matter how small the seed) you will poison the relationship. see "forgive and forget" means this. forgive fully, learn, adjust accordingly (if necessary), and move on. forgive them forgive you forgive forgive forgive...bc i am really tired of bitter people on my tl....
