the guy is just a clown all in this article is pretty close to the mark, however what the Media is not hitting is the cut in any current service equates to a rise in Rates, as all the Council is doing is still taking the same Rates but shifting the discontinued services onto the ratepayer to pay separately, services such as front berms, annual inorganic rubbish collection etc. The dickhead will then pat himself on the back telling us how he kept the rates under 4%,the media needs to focus in on this rate hi jack. lets not be fooled by the sleaze!!!!!!!
