First of all, paper plates will work on a hard surface. ;) Second, I came up with something for you if you run out of paper plates! Surely everyone has dish rags... Right? Do each move for 1 minute... - Dive bombers (should feel this in your delts) - 4 pushups slide through to tricep pushups (4.) then repeat. - alternating sliding pushups - mountain sliders - alternating sliding squat. Keep weight in the heel of your your planted foot!!! - sliding around the worlds - inch worms (slide hands out to plank then slide feet in to hands) Do 3-4 rounds ;) meganewoldsen
