the man and his kids were floored when they said your corporate competitor sent us to you as we need a car repair and it required cash to pay for it and all they could offer was in store credit. They were amazed that a little mom and pop store could offer on the spot cash and more of it then they needed. I said weve paid instant cash for 23 years now, makes ya wonder why people would sell for credit else where only because they are a bigger outfit. (perceptions are funny they were truly stumped)
