the questions that were asked in this survey didnt give an overall understanding of what actually needs to be regulated in the industry, there very negative questions that lead to negative responses, and the main issues that need to be addressed were no even present. If you wanted a real survey, why not make it public and do a letter drop around the area, put it in the media (radio adverts, back of buses etc) The people who are looking after these issues are not even up to date with what is happening in OUR bars. The recent survey of people that were joining the council highlighted they they dont even go out past 1am, yet how can they judge whats going on. Someone needs to stand up and see whats going on otherwise we will lose our lively hoods, and our tourists!
