the terrorists created the first social policy in the world. yes, the terrorists, they invented child benefits which the world still enjoys today. in the book of child benefits of Ireland they give the name of the inventor of this social policy. pension was created by the terrorists. ironically it was created because the inventor saw an old Jew begging and he felt that was unacceptable. he said how can this man pay taxes all his life, then at old age he has nothing, he cant fend for himself, and he is reduced to begging. the pension was then created. the terrorists created the first day care service. some Christians who had leprosy had no money to treat their disease. the terrorists provided the money and the carers, the ones that did not get cured received the money and the care service till they passed away. the terrorists created the first community chest of the world, a treasury solely for the purpose of taking care of citizens, children, those in need, the widows, the old and the orphans. it was for education, for health care, for looking after prisoners since the Muslim army received wages. the terrorists created the first formal institution which collected and managed money for the social well being of those living under the caliphate, Christians, Jews and Zoroastrians included. the terrorist who invented this social welfare which the world has adopted was Umar ibn Al Khattab, the second caliph of Islam, 2nd best friend of the prophet Muhammad (pbuh), and the 3rd person the prophet (pbuh) loved the most. the world has lots of reasons to thank him, the Shia have lots of reasons to hate him.
