the video is from July 2014, i was working on reaching maltese position from Japenese Handstand, i was progressing very well, but since that time i have not worked again on this movement... i juste found the video while cleaning my memory card lol so i wanted to post it ^^ its a great feeling to get to the maltese from the japanese handstand :) la vidéo date de cet été en juillet, je mentrainais à descendre en maltese depuis léquilibre japonais, ça demande bcp de contrôl et bien sûr des tendons encore plus résistants, je commençais à bien progresser, mais jai retaffer ce mouvement depuis, je suis juste tombé sur cette vidéo en faisant le tri, alors je la poste aha :)
