the video is just a sample; i had an issue with AltHold and Loiter which make my quad keep ascending and descending frequently (not statically hold in its place) after replace motor bearings. open up the shell i found that my damping foam from APM fc had a tiny peel off from bottom plate, re-pasted it again. but the problem remains. after couple of hours consulting google, i guess i found the solution. ERASE EPProm, reinstall firmware and restore your latest parameters backup. now, everything works again. i have now idea why the problem was intact inside APM memory!! i have analyzed almost everything, thought was my hardware but in the end it was a software issue. hoooray, my motor vibrations went very minimal now ;) and yes... its almost 6 Celcius cooler!
