the way when i was younger I became known as GOAT, true story Its not because I cant grow facial hair anywhere but on my chin and a small moustache with it, even tho that’s ironic. But here goes. I was 23 years old, 13 years ago, with Andy Daugherty at work on lunch break downtown Edenton at a restaurant that don’t even exist now like a lot of Edenton thats gone down. We were leaving from the resturant when this lady said something and all i could make out was black goat. I said dude what did she say man he said, she said u look like a black goat, idk man, go figure, he didnt crack a smile. It really bothered me and i talked about it off and on thru the day, well later on that day, Andy said, man she said you left your black coat...he had gone back to get it for me, so i never had put it together because i was waiting outside. Then he was like,I need a nickname for you, he had been trying to think of one for like a month btw, but he said Carroll is too long, something with one syllable...hmm, black goat...mmmm naw thats too long, Goat. hmmm thats it, Goat. So because of that waitress telling me i looked like a black goat aka i had left my black coat, thus Goat was born. hah Lucas Allen Ireland, Josh Herman, Nathan Harrell, Ryan Respass, James Fields, Chad Lee White, Daniel Wolf, Kristy Copeland, theres no way i could tag all the boys, so many of us, but yea^^^i figured i would share how i got that nickname hah
