there are certain gestures for certain energies, there are particular configurations of fingers commandeered by the elite and thus the stigma of their use of it has sullied its use for many aware individuals. the fist closed with pointer and pinky extended is a power symbol, it symbolizes strength, it fosters energetic alignment to further intentions, to utilize this symbol is not a bad thing, it is no different than a mudra, i realized this after i began doing it spontaneously (regularly) and then sought clarity. you can just have your hands at your side with your fingers as described, it does not have to be an elaborate show, it is just what your fingers do the energy shows flow for you. . .its just another mudra of which there are so many
