they didnt care about you, or your problems;I called on so many of our leaders in this county, and Congressman office for help, so many knew what I have been facing for 5 years and did nothing to help me, while I was in the right and had the deed and law on my side; until justice went bad and crooked, now they tore down my fence and destroyed my parents memorial garden I created in their memories, I yelled out to GOD where was anyone who could had stopped this injustice: God answered, they didnt care about you, or your problems; now it will become everyones who wants to steal land for no reason than to have it.. Im still paying taxes on my land he stole from me and without any legal merits. Im on my way to THE SUPREME COURT.this is what my neighbor did to my yard this morning. Judge Abrams Ordered me to sign a Quit-Claim deed to Mr. Bernich without any legal merits, and refused to let me submit facts, pictures, and have any witnesses to speak, my constitutional rights, were taken away from me. I refused to sign, and she had Joseph Densdford sign in my place. and while Im appealing this case to the supreme court; the Sheriff came to my home and decided to have his gangster wannabe son and his bullies to tear down my fence, my parents memorial garden which I made in their memory. this is serious, because now anyone can take property without any legal merits. Face-Book friends I need your help to bring justice and save my property. Can anyone recommend a good lawyer to help me, I need to get an Injunction right away, and need help with legal fees. Judge Abrams has just set a new precedence on adverse possession claims, Mr. Bernich had 10 years when he moved his air condition on my property, and had stopped his continuance 5 times every-time a new neighbor moved into my home.you need twenty years continuously to claim an adverse possession, but still not in a sub division like where I live where stakes are in place already with medal markers. I won the first case then Judge Raley retired, and Judge Abrams along Brian Dugan illegally acted out the entire trial. I also contacted WUSA*9 for media coverage, our local paper is to afraid to print the truth so they will not write my story, I will ask Tommy McKay if his paper will do a story. The public needs to hear of this travesty, and wickedness of injustice done to a single women. Wheres justice for Eve Taylor
