this Smriti Irani and all the old people who are really fu**ed up in the head are making all the policies that will negatively effect the Indian educational institutions ... the UGC chairman Ved Parakh (I dont want to write Dr. before his name) cant he just retire and sit at home ... other than handful of IITs, perhaps IISc is the only institution doing some real scientific research ... let it do what it feels is right and good for the future of the country ... thank god IITs dont come under UGC regulations otherwise govt. might have ruined them by now ... P.S. was reading Ved Parakhs profile, and learned that hes in the Humanities and Social Sciences department ... well that explains everything ...
