this facebook has just been informed about the parlaments election in Burundi concerning a possibility of the leading president Pierre Nkurunziza. to present his reelection candidacy. According to member of the parlements in Kigobe, the burundian parlement, the president did not get sufficient support from the parlements members. He needed 85 or more voices and got 81 only. The source of the information is a prominent opposition leader. The background for this election is due to a deal which ended civil ethnical war in Burundi between hututs and tustis. The deal do close for president periode lasting for more than two mandates beeing 10 years in total. But the same deal do also open for countrys souverenity which give the parlament all power to amende national rules which is the same as giving a voice to population that can either chose to use a parlament in the so called indirect democracy, or population alone takes decision directely in the so called direct democracy or a referrandum. This mean that the leading president has to give up after loosing support in the burundians parlament of Kigobe unless the vote is followed up by a referrandum which can decide something else.
