..this guy ! comment from rugbystrength... Pumas & Bath winger Horacio Agulla performing the bench press throw. We like to use this exercise to develop speed strength because it lacks the inherent deceleration of many other exercises. We use gym aware for 2 reasons: to make sure that we are using the correct load that corresponds to the velocity range for developing speed strength (1.1-1.5m.s) and also to provide the players with feedback so they can maximise the force applied with each rep. youtube/watch?v=fSCr4fGJRo4&feature=youtu.be
