this is a true fact...that most of our medical manpower are trapped in PG preparatory courses and superspeciality preparatory courses....more than 70% of the doctors especially youths are squared into 6 main cities of india....the rest serve the big chunk of the indian population and many rural areas still being left unserved..... the government on the other hand opens a lot of medschools to produce MBBS graduates...the vicious cycle continues.... the feel of "insecurity" is high among fresh UGs and now among PGs of most of the specialities....the anticipation of future makes it worse.... where is the solution?????what can make this condition better????
