this morning i was reading and came across that Nebraska is suing Colorado over marijuana. In a statement and subsequent news conference Thursday, Nebraska Attorney General Jon Bruning said Colorados marijuana legalization has adversely affected his state. Colorado pot is turning up in Nebraska, he said, resulting in an increase in marijuana-related arrests on his states western border. Nebraska taxpayers have to bear the cost, Bruning said, in comments reported by the Omaha World-Herald. We cant afford to divert resources to deal with Colorados problem. Federal law undisputedly prohibits the production and sale of marijuana, Bruning added in a statement. Colorado has undermined the United States Constitution, and I hope the U.S. Supreme Court will uphold our constitutional principles. im going on record i hate Nebraska!! when i was there 3 years ago on the mhh tour i got arrested twice for marijuana. your attorney general is a assclown who is ignorant and has no interest in facts. spending your tax dollars arresting people smoking marijuana is just plain stupid and unnecessary. i live in california and i get my weed delivered to my door legally everyday and have lost focus that in Nebraska people are in fear of going to jail over a harmless plant and the cancer patients face prison terms for treating there illness i have decided to move to Nebraska and head up there dysfunctional normal offices and i will get marijuana legalization on the ballot for 2016 and also put john brunning out of office Nebraska we are coming to help because this lawsuit is the last straw Colorado will not be bullied by some ignorant farmer whos only excuse for marijuana being illegal is that he is old school
