this place is amazing in the town of yurecuaro michoacan, a house in the neighborhood of la loma, the ladies of the house open their home kitchen every night to sell fantastic enchiladas and other mexican antojitos. this visit was to pay respect to the late enchilada queen, doña teresa soto descanze en paz, rest in peace the last of the original initiators of this unique space, the small home kitchen is now run by a younger member of the soto family. the legend continues
