though not as ugly as the US president George w. bush administrations criminally brutal allowances of corruption,pollution,etc.,with the US private energy sector ,i.e.,mining companies direct control over federal government mining regulatory organization ,which led to extreme scandals ;and more death for miners!then,the US president barack obama administration has improved federal enforcement conditions,but,the increase in environment pollution ,like the financial crime increase ,cannot be effectively dealt with ,especially,when the both industries ,have been underregulated ,if unregulated,by previous US governments-all three branches ,with active criminal cooperation ,by US president George w. bush administration ,because George w. bush wanted to ruin the economic government surpluse,by giving tax cuts to the large corporations!terrible !
