to the post regarding via hours, I am not assuming everyone does via to "look good", I am saying if it is like what you said, not the case, then they would do it on their own accord. So why implement via hours if these people will still continue doing it? In fact, abolishing it would then deter the people who want to "look good", and so we can truly see who really cares about the community instead of for portfolio. As I have mentioned before, I said SOME not ALL, I am not making a sweeping statement, rather I am just addressing those parties that are involved.
