today and this evening I witness grief when my next door neighbour died suddenly , She was a young woman of late fourties and a Dr of Gyno . She looked after my Bangladeshi step daughter through her pregnancy THis morning .She had a stroke and died a few hours later . I mourn with my community .She and I shared many funny times and she asked me for good present when my grand daughter was born and we laugh together --A wonderful lady -- I will miss her smile as she gets into her car in the morning . her husband , also a Dr helped me when I had a heart attack --I loved them both
