today i watched Apprentice.. tips said details are very important.. oh God..i really hated details when i was at the gasolin station.i washed cars and one of coworkers worked with me he always said i can not clean the car very clearly..and they said i am a loser..and customer will see it.. YEA !! whatever he said is correct..some of our customers really like to check their cars..but i can not stand it so i argued with them..then my supervisor said you dont have to wash their cars when they asked the details..check the details.. then i checked how much time we washed those customers cars..ordinarily,we spent 5 minutes on a car but for those customers who checked the details..we spent 20 minutes for a car oh my God..if they wanted their cars to be clean like a new car they should pay us much money..they should pay 10 dollars we will wax on it..he only spent 2 dollars on washing his car but asked us to spend 20 minutes to clean everything..we hated them...but we can not reject his car..we hope they never showed up anymore and some customers said his request is not reasonable..we came here just because we want our cars to be washed for convenience not to stay here for so much time..then he began to blame the guy in front of him and he said why didnt you wash the car faster? Lots of cars lined up behind you..
