today there was meeting of constitutional n political talk and consensus making committee. we were informed that the agenda would be election of the chairperson by consensus. but when we were present in the meeting there was a paper on regulatory rule to be discussed and passed. the paper has a provision that there must be discussion among all the parties representing in the constituent assembly. but no body tried to talk about making consensus n the regulation was also not passed . so i raised a question that who is responsible for all these things-- weaknesses n irresponsibilities. no body answered but the agenda was dropped for next time. the position n main opposition parties are wasting very very precious time of constituent assembly, so today i criticised them strongly.
