uk home improvements (leeds branch) i wouldnt recommend this company too anyone. we had to wait 6 months for installation and 4 cancellations with out any contact! when we tried to find out where they was it was almost impossible to contact anyone from the company by phone and they wouldnt respond to emails so we lost 4 days worth of work ourselves. they took the money before the work was completed which they promised they wouldnt and they would refund but they didnt! the wrong glass has been installed in the door and no house numbers have been sent which we payed for but we told them not too bother we cant afford to wait another 6 months on lost hopes of them ever turning up again! . the one and only plus is that the fitters were polite and did a good job but they were sub-contractors and didnt work for the company directly. do not use this company unless you want to lose money sat in the house waiting for no one to turn up. trading standards!
