vWell Family, I hope that things are going well for you. For me, life has been quiet and with little drama. Since my return from Martinique last week I have not been very active on Facebook and have spent the bulk of my time just hanging out with my daughter, and that is plenty. She is on holiday from school now. She is a bright child, enjoys reading, loves her computer, possesses a huge amount of energy and continues to surprise me. Last week, without any provocation, she named about 35 of the countries in Africa. She knows about Imhotep and is learning about Mansa Musa. And last night when she saw that I was watching on You Tube the movie the Count of Monte Cristo by Alexandre Dumas she jumped right in and asked a thousand questions. She knew that Alexandre Dumas was Black and now she wants to see all of the films based on his books. She is eight years old.
