The facility is NOT humane. Most rescues are disgusted with the animals condition when they leave - fleas, matted, and starved. They give NO medical care! They stated in this 2009 report that they were preparing a lethal injection room and certifying one or more of its animal control personnel to administer euthanization by legal injection.
