very proud of my boy this morning! as most know, my dad (sams grandpa), is a member of The Chosin Few.. .the organization awards a number of scholarships each year to kids who are direct decendants of those that fought at the battle of the chosin reservoir in north korea in 1950. . .sam applied for the scholarship (and it was a major application process!), and last night he was notified that he was one of the scholarship winners!!....needless to say we are all proud of his effort, and proud that he did this not only for himself but on behalf of his grandfather!!! way to go sam!!
