=w= Just contacted the Realtor for the house Eddie and I agreed on. Just gotta pay some people off, and well be all set. At least with the VA home loan there is no down payment so that will help with the move. But, we are going to set money aside from my settlement to help us with the transition. Man, things will be better in 2015. After all Ill be able to get my degree this year! Right before Christmas.
