was surprised to receive a call from a sub ordinate engineer from DDK Chennai [ where the VP weeps] claiming that ACP will be given to all in the feb salary 2015 as per the message given by leaders [?] from Delhi and Chennai. I just want to request such leaders to kindly wait till APRIL FIRST to fool the members [ there is an excuse on that day]. WHY SUCH PERSONS LIE EVEN WHEN THEY HAVE RECEIVED CLEAR CUT NOTE SAYING IT IS IMPOSSIBLE
