well DICK you have done it again, so now unions are sueing financial manager in Detroit...guess who will pick up the tab???? also unions are sueing you as governor as well, oh and guess who will pick up the tab...you fool! by the time all the money is spent, Detroit will still go bankrupt anyways. let the blacks run the city the way they want, look what a good job they have done! let it go down the drain, because it is already there!!
