well after approx. 16 hours on the phone with Dell tech support over 8 days, they sent a field tech for the 2nd time to try and resolve the issue. can you guess what happen.............CRASHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH... black screen of death and only beeps when you turn it on. so he called into tech. support--- supervisor wanted to depot my laptop back to them for repairs. NO F....in way. My replacement laptop will be here in 7 days.
