Too much muscle restricts bloodflow and circulation which leads to, over decades, poor organ health and diseases. The likelihood of pulling muscles, including hamstrings and lower back muscles increase with age when combined with tight muscles. When a person has to compensate their physical activity in response to the pain, different stresses are placed other parts of the body which creates imbalances in the body that lead to other health problems over time.
