well got a great title fight to look forward to 31st january, been a great build up to it, i have trained my arse for this mor then i probably ever have, carnt wait to fight, well also another chapter in my life now, and hopefully great things to look forward to, life will always never be a bed a roses you will always have ur ups and downs but you just have to get on with it, theres people worse off in the world so as long as i have a roof over my head and food on table am happy, am also delighted with the work Patrick Mulroy as done for me, the man as never asked for anything off me, hes spent is own time training me, and i never new how good i cud be until i met this man, hes gave me confidence beyond belife so thank you mate
