well of course they did. Ronald Reagan started it with trickle down Rig-o-nomics and a tax cut for the wealthy. Yet the economy boomed when Bill Clinton raised Taxes on the rich. Next the Economy tanked thanks to George W Bush. He cut taxes on the wealthy, got us into two wars and failed to finance them, and oh jes preached trickle down. Well folks that just spured Reg-o-nomics again. The Regan Bush policies have not worked in over 33 years and have tanked our economy again. Yet these regressive Republican right wingers insist on continuing them and striving to ultimately tank the entire USA economy. Doing the same thing over an over and expecting different results is insanity. There fore the should be relived of duty for continuing this insanity and istitutionalized.
