well that was a complete waste of bloody time, so I have or was supposed to have my mental health assessment at Sandalwood Court at 11.30am today. Turned up just after 11 to be told it was booked for 10.30, though I showed them my letter showing clearly the 11.30am time, only to be told well the Dr has gone off site to visit a client at home, he should call you briefly later on today. What is the point of me keeping these mood diary, taking hours of research on the internet doing their bloody job for them, and then I get fobbed off with some bloody excuse. Im seriously considering just going to A&E to see if I can actually speak to someone today about changing my meds. And Ive already waited over 5 weeks for this appointment. What do I have to do, whose arsed do I have to kick to get some fricking help. And then people wonder why I seriously contemplate turning up with a knife and threatening self-harm/suicide. What do you have to do to get these people to take you seriously and actually get some bloody help @#enraged, desperate and angry.
