well the town is going to be redeveloped .its just a shame its all geared around the top end of town. and basically segregates mill street and the bottom end of town. it will probably be a bit to late for my shop. but i hope it helps macclesfield as growing up in a town that was bustling market town .butchers greengrocers bakers all sorts of different shops. now very run down and a lot of independents pushed out bye shops like the pound shop tesco iceland. peoples shopping habits must change to keep independents going. the decline in the bottom end of town his having a massive affect on retailers. like my self spearing butchers no place like home cheshire gap and jacksons the dry cleaners petes chippy and many more so if the council could probabbly find a bit of cash to help them we would appreciate it very much if you feel like sharing this please do thanks
