well today is day 4 being smoke free i am so happy this time around.... maybe i can keep it going with the support of my wife and my friends saying good job or well done..... and thanks to my son for believing in me to do it.... it is hard right now but i think i can do it for the long haul this time, jut need to stay stress free for a while and not think about very much, so i want to thank those who prayed for me while i was in the hospital over the weekend facing a heart attack ( scared me ).... now the wake up call is here and i am doing something about for sure this time.... love all my family and friends ......... lots of prayers for you all ....... time take my meds talk to you all later....
